Thank you for your thoughtful decision to support dyslexic children. We recognize you have many choices in supporting important causes and appreciate your vested interest in being a part of dyslexia awareness, solutions and action.
Indeed, supporting the needs of dyslexic children is a worthy cause. Our juvenile prisons are filled with dyslexic children – all because they have not been identified nor evaluated, and therefore not provided appropriate educational supports necessary for academic success. Because of this, the school-to-prison pipeline is a reality for many dyslexic children.
Dyslexia Voice is here to be the voice for the voiceless – our dyslexic families. We are here to solve problems, find solutions and implement them by “front-loading” immediate need. Our dyslexic children do not have the luxury of waiting for everyone else to catch up (whenever that is). They need our help now!
So, let’s do it! With your help, we can make positive and impactful differences in the lives of our wonderfully creative dyslexic children.
